And Our Christmas Card...

Sooo… it is December 17th and many of you are wondering, "Where is our Christmas card?" Really, I only kid, but in all seriousness I am sad because we have officially decided not to send one this year.  Andrew and I have done one every year since we have been married… and some how this year it just didn't happen in time :(.  We even budgeted for it, but feel like it is wisest to let it go this year.

But being crazy and not wanting to have a year missing in our sequence, I created one anyways.  This way we can send our greetings online…. and I can print one for myself and the grandparents (and you if you really want one ;)).

So here it is, but most importantly this…

In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus:
Who, being in very nature God,
did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;
 rather, he made himself nothing
by taking the very nature of a servant,
being made in human likeness.
And being found in appearance as a man,
he humbled himself
by becoming obedient to death—
even death on a cross!

Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name,
that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.
Philippians 2:5-11

The sacrifice of Christ happen on the cross, but it also happened when He became a man and dwelt among us.  It was a sacrifice from the very beginning.
We are choosing to celebrate Christ this Christmas and hope you will too! :)

    1. Crazy…. It happened all of a sudden and kind of unexpected! We are so excited and blessed (and I am nauseous, but that just comes with the territory).

  3. MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and your sweet family! So thankful for how God is working in your lives! YES, we surely celebrate the birth of Jesus here, too...not only on Christmas, but each day, we are so grateful to Him for coming down and being the sacrifice for our sins! How blessed we are! God bless you, Stasia. :)
