5 on Friday

one

I am making the attempt to come back from my unplanned blogging break! Why the break you may ask?  Well… if you missed the announcement earlier this week, here it is:

Yep… we are preggers :)  I am on my way to ten weeks as we speak.  My lack of blogging was in response to my desperate need for sleep and nonstop nausea!
But you know what?  I am thankful… all signs of the little one growing :)

two

Before I took my unofficial blogging break I was smack int he middle of a series that I am so so so super pumped about!

The series WILL resume next week.  I am determined!  And I got a little bit of encouragement today:)  A friend messaged me in response to Week 1: Give as Much as You Spend.  She shared with me how her family was successful at giving as much as they spent this year- extended family included.  It makes me so excited to hear others catching on!  How about you?  Have you thought about giving this Christmas???

three

The house hunt starts FOR REAL this weekend.  Like not more transience?  We are going to stay put for a bit?  Who are we?  I will keep y'all updated with the home search excitement! :)

four

I saw this on Instagram this week… and it really made me happy!

five

I am super excited because I am getting an early Christmas present from Andrew… a Stitch Fix!!! I got once before, and as awesome as it was (seriously I loved my fix) it is a special occasion thing for us.  I did have a $25 referral credit from another friend that got a stitch fix after my last one so that should cove this one!  Want to try stitch fix?  It is a perfect once and while treat for me and might be for you too!
Pants I got from my last fix and wear ALL the time!

What are you up to this Friday???

    1. Thank you so much… we are pumped!
The Stitch Fix is an awesome gift! I just wrote a post about it and I actually kept everything in it this time! You should definitely check it out! I had to tell Andrew that was what I wanted… then he filled out my sizes and style profile on his own! Which I thought was quite funny!
