Friday Roundup...

One

Week Recap

I always get confused when people say summer is so chill. I find that summers are just as full minus the consistent schedule (I could add equals tired kiddos and regular meltdowns). All that to be said summer is still my fave and I am enjoying it!

Some of my Instagram photos from the week!

Finally added a little decor to this wall :)

This big man had his one year check up... and when I say big I mean big coming in at just short of 30 pounds!!!

On the Blog this Week

*Jman turned one last Friday... Someone please explain to me how babies grow up so quick? This time last year I had a squishy newborn and just like that I have a walking toddler! I shared a full update on the big man :)

* And check out these 8 Things to do instead of Scrolling on your phone. I know unreserved a little list and the motivation to do something more meaningful with my time!

*I am pondering reopening the budgeting diaries series since so many people found it encouraging in the past. It probably won't be a weekly thing right now, but let me know if you wan to guest post!
What is your story? Or do you have some tips or pointers or anything you think would be encouraging to readers trying to be good stewards of what God has given them? Email me at stasia08@gmail.com and you can share a post! :)

*Lately I have been SO SO busy chasing the kiddos that I have not been drinking enough water.  Seriously it is bad.  Emily at Morning Motivated Mom always has the best printable and this one does not disappoint!  She also gives great advise about getting enough H2O!

*And last but certainly not least Holly really hit home with me this week with her 21 day love challenge!

*Am I so behind... when did the Nsale become a thing?  I remember sitting in postpartum in my PJs last year thinking- "hmmm a sale everyone is talking about... " and again this year.  Nope... don't have any picks for you, because I don't have that kind of mula to spend right now. BUT no worries there are a million other bloggers that do ;)

*Y'all THESE PENS.  Have you tried them?  They are my favorite!

*And... this dress that Becky is wearing over at BYBMG

God is teaching me...

“"Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord. He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit."”
Jeremiah 17:7-8 ESV

May we be firmly planted at the source of life, that we may persevere through trials and bear fruit!

  4. An emergency fashion kit is such a genius idea. I really need to get one of those lint rollers. We don't have pets but somehow fuzz and lint still plagues me!
