How Far Along? 27+ weeks?!?!? Just three months left... 3rd trimester I am here. Guess I am looking pretty pregnant because when I tell people I have three more months they seem surprised... Like he should be here sooner. |
Total Weight Gain/Loss: I don't know why I even include this question, we don't even own a scale.
Baby Related Purchases: I still have not picked up the "J" I painted at a local pottery place ... I need too! Besides that? Nothing... But considering we are in the 3rd trimester I really need to think about the things we need/want when this baby gets here!!!
Maternity Clothes: I am finally branching out from the maternity jeans I got from my stitch fix!!! Warmer weather has brought skirts, dresses and even shorts back into my life. Aaaaaand while looking at the first rack at goodwill this past week I got a pair of like new maternity shorts. I think I have enough to get me through July 4th! I have not decided about that swimsuit yet though... The maternity one that is... The tags are still on it so we will see!
Sleep: Lots of turning from side to side at this point. I will wake with one hip hurting and have to switch... And usually touse the little girl's room. Over all the sleep is good though and I am thankful!
Movement: We have made it to the point where the movements make me jump sometimes! Strong little guy. Funny thing is I feel movement in the exact same spots I felt with BD... He must be chillin the same positions!
What I miss: Y'all u wanted eggs Benedict this weekend so bad at a restaurant. It goes on the list of "I am sure it would have been fine" but I just had to be cautious. That might be my first breakfast post baby... Who wants to bring it to the hospital????
Cravings: Lots of protien... And sugar. Trying to get that under control so we don't end up with a 10 pound baby. But I kind of think this is going to be a 10 pounder regardless 😁
Anything making you queasy or sick: Heartburn and indigestion is real... Wonder if that means Jameson has hair too?
Gender: It's a boy!!!
Labor Signs: Hopefully a long time away…
Symptoms: The need to eat.

Making it to spring break!!!
Andrew and I went on a short babymoon to Hilton Head and on the way down our transmission died... This is a story (the transmission dying wasn't one of the best moments but the rest of the trip was).

Finishing getting this house set up... It is time for some serious nesting!

This week we celebrated the death and resurrection of our perfect Savior, Jesus Christ. We pray one day you know Him and make Him known in this world!
You spent a couple of days at the beach with just daddy and I... And are about to ale you first big family trip. Can't wait for you to be out and in our arms for these things!

Haha I think the same about the weight gain...although now that I'm to every two weeks and soon every single week for appointments, I'll actually have regular weight gain to talk about. ACK.
